CANDIDATES AVAILABLE FOR PERMANENT PLACEMENT ONLY:

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE / CFO – Outstanding corporate and division level experience across multiple industries over a 20-year, progressively successful career.  Due to ownership and organizational changes as well as continuous top-level turnover, this candidate has had enough and is ready for a move!  Current oversight includes accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, compliance, purchasing, payroll, ERP integration, and all IT teams!  Systems experience includes SAP, heavy Excel, and HRIS and Payroll software integration and oversight!

CONTROLLER – Degreed accounting professional and motivated young professional with a great attitude and 15 years of experience, seeking a move due to a recent ownership change.  Candidate is skilled in multiple CRM and ERP systems and has worked in multiple industries, including business services, technology, construction, and manufacturing!  Currently oversees and accounting and administrative team of four, and handles general ledger and month-end close, fixed assets, account and bank reconciliations, sales and leasing tracking, payroll and sales commissions, forecasting, and financial reporting to ownership.

PUBLIC ACCOUNTING MANAGER / CONTROLLER OR ASSISTANT CONTROLLER CANDIDATE – A U.S. Military veteran who pursued degree after service, continued into public accounting and has had a good run in public but knows that now is a good time to explore opportunities, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.  This candidate would also be a great team player, leader, and mentor, and also possesses a great attitude, willingness to learn and be mentored for continued growth!

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES – SHRM-CP with extensive healthcare industry experience prior to working in current role in professional services.  Strengths include strategic Human Resource management, working with management team on overall long-term goals, and tactical day to day oversight of talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, payroll, and career development and retention strategies!  A pleasant and positive professional who would be fun to have on any team!

STAFF ACCOUNTANT – A Bethel College Accounting graduate with about three two years of experience.  Currently employed with a small local business but looking for a challenge and brighter career path.  Skills include work on Quickbooks, Excel, inventory, Accounts Payable, and some tax work!  Candidate is interested in pursuing CPA and is open to a path in public accounting or private sector accounting.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – Very stable background, all in manufacturing, and looking for a change due to constant management turnover with current employer.  Experienced in both union and non-union environments!  Strengths include benefits, workforce planning, training, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and payroll (knows UltraPro payroll software).  This candidate is highly versatile and enjoys managing a busy and lean HR department!

NOT YOUR TYPICAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSON! – A successful salesperson with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, looking for the next assignment. This dynamo started out as a mechanical engineer and successfully transitioned to a sales engineer and project manager. The situation has changed with current employer, so this sales hero is looking for another fast-paced team!

CANDIDATES AVAILABLE FOR TEMPORARY PROJECT WORK:

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – A CPA / MBA with an impressive background highlighted by an ethical, genuine, and diligent character, committed to adding value and doing the right thing.  Career includes past work in public accounting, manufacturing (publicly held and privately owned), and the healthcare sector.  Strong in ERP systems, Excel, financial planning and analysis, and business development planning and execution to help maximize efficiencies and increase profits and overall business size.

CEO / CFO – Open to consulting work, this candidate has recently transitioned out of a long, successful stay with a local manufacturer and is searching for the next challenge.  A Manchester Accounting graduate and CPA, this executive benefitted from early experience in public accounting before taking on the challenges of leading a business, successfully!  Offering much in the areas of people development, process improvement, business development strategies, systems implementations, reorganization, production metrics and KPI’s, and Board of Directors reporting and interaction, this executive is ready to move on a new challenge!

IT MANAGER / DIRECTOR – With 20 years of experience in the outsourced IT solutions business, this candidate has worked with and supported the IT needs of just about every type of organization, large and small.  Need someone willing to take a big picture look at technology situation and overall needs while still willing to crawl under desks and fix PC’s and servers?  Call us!

FINANCIAL ANALYST / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – In transition due to a company sales, this person is a GREAT project accountant and analyst (we’ve received fantastic references from two different CFO’s on this candidate!).  Strengths include handling multiple projects simultaneously, cash forecasting, sales analysis of data and trends, financial reports, and more!

PAYROLL COORDINATOR – Several years of payroll experience on multiple systems, working mainly for manufacturing companies employing 100-500 employees, or more!  Systems used include ADP, Truepay, and Ultrapro.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE COORDINATOR – Currently in an active search but open to temp work, this candidate is experienced in the accounts payable functions in manufacturing settings and is competent learning new ERP systems and experienced using Excel.  Will work within a half hour of South Bend area.

RECENT MBA GRADUATE and CPA!  – A very bright, energetic, young professional seeking a local opportunity with a good organization.  Experience is limited to academic and some unrelated past jobs while in school.
